The successes we have achieved to date are a result of our management / office knowledge and support and field experience. The project manger utilizes construction software to analyze and track projects through job cost reports, vendor and sub-contractor purchase orders, billings and other pertinent reports. Our field superintendents are proficient in managing schedules while achieving high quality work.
