CURRENT PROJECT
Christ Chapel Parking Deck
Scott Martsolf Architecture.
FPI Builders is serving as Construction
Manager on this three story precast parking
structure. Initial design was a single elevated
deck structure, with the foundation designed for
two additional decks. FPI was able to work
with Lowe Precast and obtain a economical
parking space unit price to help the owner
elect to add the second deck.
This project is currently under construction
and is scheduled for completion November
2008.
